How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings → Billing from your dashboard and click Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then and are not charged again. There are no cancellation fees, no clawbacks on the profit-share distribution, and you can re-subscribe at any time.

If you cancel within the first 14 days of a paid subscription and have used fewer than 10 signals, contact support and we will issue a full refund. After that window or after heavy usage we do not offer prorated refunds, but you always retain access through the end of the paid period. Refunds for exchange-trading losses are out of scope — Vault Tec AI provides decision support, not a custody or guarantee service.

Where does the market data come from?

Every data source has a freshness SLA monitored on a dedicated status page, and stale feeds automatically suppress signal generation until they recover.

Connect an exchange account through a read-and-trade API key (with withdrawal disabled), pick a strategy profile, and the system will route signals directly to your exchange with the position sizing and risk controls you configured. You can pause automated trading at any time from the dashboard; nothing leaves your account without a key you control.

How is my account and my data secured?

Authentication is handled through a hardened auth provider with mandatory two-factor authentication for paid accounts. All exchange API keys we store are encrypted at rest with a per-tenant key, scoped to read-and-trade only (withdrawal is always disabled — we physically cannot move funds out of your exchange account). Trading data and account metadata are encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and stored in SOC 2-aligned infrastructure.
