Investment disclaimer

Vault Tec AI is a decision-support tool, not a financial advisor, broker, dealer, custodian, or guarantee service. The signals, the confidence scores, the win-rate disclosures, and any commentary published alongside them are research and information products; they are not personalized investment advice and they are not a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any specific asset in any jurisdiction. We do not hold, route, or custody your funds — exchanges connected to your account are operated by third parties and trades execute under their terms.

Nothing on the dashboard or in our materials constitutes regulated investment advice, and Vault Tec AI is not registered, endorsed, or supervised as a financial advisor, broker-dealer, asset manager, or any other regulated financial-services entity anywhere we operate. You are solely responsible for your own trade decisions and for confirming that your use of the service is lawful under the financial regulations that apply in your country, state, or province. Rules for using automated trading signals, copy-trading tools, and AI-model-driven recommendations vary considerably by jurisdiction; you waive any claim that the service is regulated where you live.

Algorithmic and AI model risk

Vault Tec AI is decision support, not financial advice. Signals, confidence scores, win-rate figures, and any commentary we publish alongside them are research and information products — they are not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any specific asset, and they are not a broker, dealer, custodian, or guarantee service. Nothing on the dashboard or in our materials constitutes personalized investment advice or a solicitation in any jurisdiction.

The signals you see are generated by our own model stack and are subject to material risks that you should understand before relying on them: model output can be wrong, and the decision logic is not always reducible to a single human-readable rule (the recommendation may reflect interactions across RSI divergence, SMA crossovers, on-chain flow, and macro context that a backtest cannot fully reproduce). Signals depend on third-party market-data feeds and can be delayed, stale, interrupted, or degraded by exchange outages, network conditions, or maintenance windows; backtested, historical, or simulated results are not live performance and the rolling 90-day win-rate is informational, not a guarantee. There is no promise that the signal feed will be available at any given moment, that execution will be timely, or that any particular trade will be filled at the price shown on the dashboard. By using the service you accept these risks.

Profit-share payment risk

Active Pro Investor subscribers participate in a bi-annual profit share calculated as 2% of platform revenue, distributed according to the schedule that will be published on the account page once the mechanics ship. The split is the same one described on the Pricing page and in the Terms; the intent is to return a portion of aggregate platform revenue to active subscribers on a six-month cadence, alongside the 14-day free trial, the $99 per-month subscription, and the flat 2% commission per routed trade.

The 2% of platform-revenue / bi-annual structure described on this page is descriptive only; the implementation pass — mechanics, eligibility window, payout method, prorations — has not yet shipped. Subscribe / cancel decisions should not rely on these details until the operative terms are confirmed.

Past performance

Past performance does not guarantee future results. The signals we publish, the backtested and live return figures shown on the marketing pages, the rolling 90-day win-rate, the per-pair confidence scores, and any aggregate performance metric — past, current, or projected — are informational only and do not predict the next trade, the next quarter, or the next cycle. Markets change, models drift, regime shifts break historical correlations, and the same setup that produced a win yesterday can produce a loss tomorrow.

The rolling 90-day methodology used to surface headline win-rate figures smooths over short-term variance and is intended as a high-level summary, not as a per-trade or per-asset expectation; treat any single number on the site as one input among many. Where signals, backtests, or confidence scores appear on the homepage, the Pricing page, or the FAQ, they describe past behaviour under specific market conditions that may not recur. You are responsible for sizing positions, limiting exposure, and respecting your own risk tolerances — never allocate capital you cannot afford to lose, and never treat any figure on this site as a forecast.
